End of Night: 

Enter: Total amount of Merchandise items available at End of Night / Initial Accountability 

Enter: Actual Sales [bottom of form] / Amount Sold / Description of Items Sold / Initials of Seller - Merchandiser /

           Actual Sales Price / Method of Payment [Cash / Credit Card' 

Bottom of Form: 

Enter: TOTAL revenue sales and payment methods 

Enter revenue into your bands accounting information.
